Recently, she has signed a deal with ABC to act as the host of the hit show, Wipeout for which she has secured a new gig.
Vanessa Minnillo is 30 years of age and she will be replacing Jill Wagner as the host of Wipeout.
Jill Wagner announced in April that she will be leaving the popular game show after completing its fourth season so that she may get time to pursue other opportunities.
Vanessa Minnillo has been chosen to join the ever-witty and funny commentators John Anderson and John Henson.She will begin her new gig with season five’s Winter Wipeout edition.
Matt Kunitz, who is the creator and executive producer of Wipeout said in a statement, "We will miss Jill, but are thrilled to welcome Vanessa to the team and excited to bring her enthusiasm to the show. She is a great host with a fun and natural energy that our viewers will love."
Previously, Minnillo also co-hosted MTV’s Total Request Live.
Sshe has also worked as a New York City based correspondent for Entertainment Tonight.
She also appeared as a guest star in 30 Rock and Hawaii Five-O.
