I think this entire thing is an analogy. The brother is Anonymous. The kid is majority of the population. And the mother is the 1st Amendment. The brother constantly harasses the kid, but only for a reaction. The mother says nothing can be done and only ends up pissed off at the kid. If the kid would STFU and do nothing, the brother would die of boredom.
